ILIA Beauty hosted a corporate off-site dinner designed to foster connection, celebrate the team, and elevate the guest experience through thoughtful, brand-aligned details. The goal was to provide a premium takeaway that felt personal, functional, and consistent with the brand’s clean, elevated aesthetic.

The Experience
My team and I provided live engraving as an on-site activation, personalizing beauty brushes and gold keychains for guests throughout the evening. Attendees selected initials or names, which were engraved in real time, allowing for immediate personalization without disrupting the flow of the event.
Live engraving worked especially well in this setting due to its speed, visual appeal, and ability to handle high guest volume efficiently. Several guests returned for additional pieces, highlighting strong engagement and perceived value.
