Leather & Letters at the Wed Society San Antonio Book of Weddings Launch - Gold Foiling

The Wed Society San Antonio Book of Weddings Launch Party was one of those events where every detail felt thoughtfully curated — from the venue to the guest experience. My team and I had the pleasure of providing live calligraphy and personalization for the celebration, and it was such a joy to create alongside so many talented creatives in the San Antonio wedding community.

For this event, we introduced our Leather & Letters station, offering gold foil personalization on leather luggage tags and keychains. Guests were able to choose names, initials, or meaningful words and watch as each piece was finished by hand. The activation quickly became a favorite — so much so that several attendees came back for more than one item.

Live foiling is one of my favorite ways to elevate an event. It’s tactile, interactive, and timeless, allowing guests to slow down and walk away with something truly personal. At a launch celebrating the very best of weddings in San Antonio, it felt especially fitting to create keepsakes rooted in craftsmanship and intention.

The evening came together beautifully at Stable Hall, with planning and design led by Scarlet Rose Events. Being part of an experience that celebrates creativity, collaboration, and community is always an honor.
