Earlier this year, I had the pleasure of bringing a personal, elevated touch to Zilliant Mindshare 2025, held at the beautiful Omni Barton Creek Resort in Austin, Texas.
This annual conference gathers professionals for a few days of learning, networking, and inspiration — and to cap off one of their workshop-filled days, the Zilliant team hosted a reception at the resort’s Pavilion. Guests were treated to great food, refreshing drinks, and one extra-special experience: live engraving on YETI tumblers to take home as a custom keepsake.

The Experience
As attendees arrived, they were invited to choose their tumbler and select a name or short phrase for personalization. Our engraving team worked onsite, etching each request by hand while guests watched the transformation happen in real time.
With two artists engraving and a station hostess managing the guest list and designs, we kept the process smooth and efficient — ensuring every guest left with a tumbler uniquely theirs. The hum of conversation, the clinking of glasses, and the smiles as guests picked up their finished tumblers made the evening feel both celebratory and connected.
