Frequently Asked Questions

  • We engrave on glass, metal, leather, acrylic, stone, and more. Common items include fragrance bottles, wine glasses, pens, lighters, and mirror compacts. Have something unique in mind? We’ll let you know if it’s engravable.

  • Most clients choose to source their own items—this is often faster, gives them full creative control, and ensures everything arrives on time. We’re happy to provide a curated list of bulk items that have worked well at past events if you need suggestions.
    If you'd prefer for us to handle sourcing, this is available for an additional fee. Please note: sourcing will only begin once payment is received in full.

    • Hourly Rate:  $350/hr - A flat rate for one artist, with a 2-hour minimum. Ideal for smaller events or activations.

    • Package Pricing (Recommended): A more inclusive option that covers setup, breakdown, artist support staff, pre-event planning, travel, and add-ons like additional artists. Perfect for large-scale or high-touch experiences.

  • Our setup is clean, compact, and completely mobile. For optimal flow, we typically require:

    • (1) Table for the artist

    • (1) Chair for the artist

    • Optional: A table or display space for items

    • Highly recommended: A second table for completed items to be picked up by guests

    We’ll work with your team to adapt the setup to your space, vibe, and flow.

  • Yes—and we keep things sleek. All of our work is done by hand using compact, rechargeable equipment, not bulky machines. This allows us to engrave almost anywhere—even on a boat (because yes, we’ve done that before)! Because our tools are cordless, we often don’t require electricity, making our setup ideal for a wide variety of indoor or outdoor venues. Note: if your event requires wood burning or certain leather products we will need access to an outlet.

  • Typically 20-30 minutes depending on the venue layout and event size. We arrive early and handle setup seamlessly.

  • Each artist can engrave 20–30 items per hour, depending on material and complexity. That’s significantly faster than many other personalization services, making it ideal for events with a steady flow of guests.

  • We’ll help you determine the right number of artists based on your guest count and timeline, but in general for a 3-hr event:

    • Up to 75 guests = 1 artist

    • 75–150 guests = 1 artist + assistant

    150+ guests = 2 artists (or more depending on flow + timeframe)

  • Yes! We’re based in Austin, Texas and serve Central Texas and surrounding areas, with travel available throughout the U.S. or internationally. Travel fees apply and are quoted based on event details.

  • Yes. From our attire to signage and product displays, we’ll coordinate with your team to ensure everything is aligned with your brand or event aesthetic.

  • Both! We offer in-studio engraving for bulk orders or pre-event gifting, and on-site engraving for real-time personalization that delights guests.
